Proof
A small Amazon site that grew across Google's 2026 updates.
Mini-Z Mods is my own affiliate site, live at minizmods.com. Monthly Google clicks went from 69 in March to 1,235 in September 2026, and average position moved from 10.7 to 6.2.

Traffic here was flat for the first few months and began climbing in late May. This is a growth result on a site that started from a small base. It is not a client recovery. I have not yet published a client result, which is why the first five audit clients get launch pricing.
Average position in September 2026: 1.2 for "mini z mods", 1.9 for "mini z body compatibility chart" and 2.1 for "mini z tracks near me". Search volume on those queries is small.
minizmods.com had 171 pages indexed as of September 20, 2026 (Google Search Console). Not every known page is indexed, and finding out why is the work a Diagnosis does.
Also on the portfolio
- Budget Homelab: clicks 1,066 to 1,772 over 28 days in September 2026, average position 11.8 to 6.5. A short window, shown for context.
- Resin & Rolls: average position 8.9 to 7.8, with Ahrefs health scores of 97 to 98. I also found why two of its category pages were never crawled and wrote it up: read the teardown.
Audits
Pick the question you need answered.
Fixed price, paid in full through Stripe. Nothing is charged until you click a package. Not sure which one fits? Send an inquiry below.
Founding-client rates. The first five audit clients pay $695 and $995 in exchange for permission to publish a case study. You approve the wording first and choose whether your site is named. The full founding-client terms are just below the packages.
The deliverable
A ranked plan, not a crawler export.
Every finding names the affected URL, the evidence from your own Search Console data, the exact fix, and whether it is critical, important or nice to have.
Which update, which pages
I line your Search Console history up against Google's 2026 update dates and name the pages and page types that lost clicks, and the ones that did not.
Why pages are not indexed
I separate pages Google has never crawled from pages it crawled and rejected. They need different fixes, and mixing them up wastes months.
Consolidate, prune or keep
Every thin, overlapping or stale page gets a call, with the target URL and a redirect where a merge makes sense.
Technical foundation and on-page
Canonicals, redirects, sitemaps and their lastmod dates, robots, structured data, titles, headings and internal links.
Content quality and opportunity
Cannibalization, stale pages, and queries with enough existing traction to justify a focused refresh.
AI Overviews and answer engines
Ahrefs measured a 58% lower click-through at position one when an AI Overview is present, across 300,000 keywords. Nobody can restore those clicks. I flag which of your pages are exposed and which queries an overview does not satisfy, so you know where to stop investing and where to rebuild.
What I do not sell
Rankings guarantees. Indexing submission. Submitting a URL asks Google to look at it; it does not guarantee Google will crawl, keep or rank the page. On two of my own category pages, 82 submissions over three months produced no crawl (the details are in the teardown). I find why Google is skipping the pages and fix the cause.

Founding-client terms
The first five audit clients (Full audit or Audit and fixes) get launch rates in exchange for permission to publish a case study about the work. I will show you the final wording and any screenshots before anything goes live, and nothing is published without your written OK (email counts). You choose whether the case study names your site. If you would rather not be named, I will anonymize it and remove identifying details.
You can withdraw permission for future publication by emailing me, though I cannot recall copies that have already been shared. If you and I cannot agree on the wording, nothing is published and you keep the launch rate. Any published case study will say that the work was done at a reduced rate.
If you would rather not give permission at all, tell me before you pay and I will quote the standard rate instead. The Diagnosis is not part of the founding offer and is not tied to a case study.
Sample teardown
See the work before you pay for it.
I tore down one of my own sites in public: why two of Resin & Rolls' category pages were never crawled, what I ruled out, what I got wrong first, and the fix. It is the same format you get in a Diagnosis.
How it works
Clear scope. Clear price. No surprise invoices.
The decisions that change the work are settled before it starts. Payment, delivery and credit terms are written down before anything is charged.
01
Send the site and the symptom.
Use the form below or the brief builder. Tell me the domain, what changed and roughly when. For a Diagnosis, add read-only Search Console access or a 16-month export.
02
Confirm the package.
I reply by email, confirm the right package and schedule, and answer questions. Nothing is charged until you pay through Stripe.
03
Pay through Stripe.
Diagnosis and audits are paid in full upfront. Site builds and rebuilds are split 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
04
Get the plan, then decide.
Audits arrive as a written report with a ranked fix list. Builds follow a sample-article or direction approval. Builds include one revision round, Rebuild and consolidate includes two. A round covers adjustments to delivered work, not new pages or full rewrites.
Payment, refunds & timing
Diagnosis and audits: 100% upfront.
Cancel before work starts for a full refund. Once the report is delivered, payments are non-refundable; anything missed from the agreed scope will be fixed.
Site builds and rebuilds: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
Cancel before kickoff for a full refund. Once work begins, the deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due on delivery, and handover happens after it is paid.
Diagnosis credit.
If you buy the Full audit or Audit and fixes within 30 days of your Diagnosis being delivered, the $395 is credited in full. If you have already bought a Diagnosis, email me before you pay for the Full audit or Audit and fixes. I will send a Stripe invoice for the difference instead, and please do not use the payment button on this page.
Founding-client rates.
The first five audit clients pay launch rates in exchange for permission to publish a case study, on the founding-client terms listed under the packages. The rate ends when the fifth slot is taken.
Client delays pause the clock.
Client-caused delays, including slow feedback or late data access, move the delivery date back by the same amount of time.
Agreed scope gets corrected.
If an agreed deliverable was missed, it will be completed even after delivery. This is a scope correction, not an additional paid revision.
Secure Stripe checkout is ready. Diagnosis and audit packages are paid in full. Build and rebuild buttons charge the 50% deposit now, and the balance is invoiced on delivery.
Choose a package ↑Site builds
Need a site rebuilt, or a new one? Built on WordPress so you can edit it yourself.
$750 to $2,000 fixed price. A new niche site on your hosting, or a rebuild of an existing one that lost traffic. I confirm the niche and the fit by email before kickoff, and you can cancel before kickoff for a full refund.
The difference
Research and useful content come first. Plugins are not the product.
The starting asset is a sensible niche, a keyword map and pages written to help the reader. Builds are not for sites whose only purpose is to host thin affiliate pages; Google's August 2026 spam update targeted exactly that.
Niche + keyword research
Niche selection support, low-competition keyword research, search intent, and a sensible initial site structure.
Setup on your hosting
WordPress installation, theme configuration, domain connection, and a responsive design tailored to the niche.
SEO foundation
Sitemap, Search Console, analytics, RankMath or Yoast, clean URLs, metadata, and internal-link structure.
Affiliate readiness
Relevant affiliate program setup and link workflow using your accounts. Program approval remains with the provider.
Performance + trust
Speed, caching, security basics, image optimization, and privacy and terms pages.
Seed content
Genuinely useful launch articles based on the research, not thin filler written to make the site look finished.
Clean launch
A focused site with 3 seed articles
- Niche and keyword direction
- Site setup on your hosting
- SEO, analytics, speed, and security foundation
- Core legal pages
Best for validating a focused niche
$375 balance invoiced on delivery
Content-ready build
A fuller launch with 6 seed articles
- Everything in Launch
- Expanded low-competition keyword map
- Affiliate program setup
- Category and internal-link architecture
Best balance of launch depth and budget
$625 balance invoiced on delivery
Rebuild and consolidate
An existing WordPress site that lost traffic. Starts from an audit.
- Consolidate up to 10 overlapping or thin pages into stronger ones, with a 301 redirect map
- Rewrite or expand up to 10 priority pages
- Title, meta and internal-link cleanup on every affected page
- Full site backup before any change, and a 30-day follow-up check
Needs a Full audit or Audit and fixes from me, or one less than 90 days old
$1,000 balance invoiced on delivery
Monthly content plans
A researched publishing plan that keeps the next useful article obvious, with priorities tied to realistic search opportunities.
Implementation block (add-on)
A capped monthly block of fixes from your audit, such as a set number of pages refreshed or consolidated each month. Scoped and quoted after an audit.
Who it is for
Built for people who run content sites for revenue.
Built for niche and affiliate content sites. If yours is not a fit, I will tell you before you pay.
- You run an affiliate, ad-supported or lead-gen niche site and your traffic or indexing is not where it should be.
- You can give me read-only Search Console access, or export the data.
- You want a ranked plan, not a list of every issue a crawler can find.
- You own the domain, hosting and accounts, and you will make the changes or hire someone to.
Not a fit
- You want guaranteed rankings or guaranteed recovery. Nobody can promise that.
- You want pages submitted for indexing as a service. I do not sell it.
- You need a site built on a framework other than WordPress. Builds stay on WordPress so you can edit your own content.

Want help writing the message?
Answer a few prompts and the brief builder will put a structured project brief into the message box above. You can also copy it or download it as a .txt file.
Before you start
What do you need for a diagnosis or audit?
The site URL and read-only Google Search Console access, or an export of the last 16 months of Performance data plus the Pages report. I need your own data to tell an update hit from normal variation. Ahrefs or Semrush exports help but are not required.
Did an update hit my site, or is this normal?
It is often hard to tell by eye. The diagnosis lines your daily clicks up against Google's published update dates and checks which page groups moved. If the data says nothing hit you, I say so, and I focus on what is limiting growth instead.
Will you get my pages indexed faster?
I do not sell indexing submission. Submitting a URL asks Google to look at it. It does not guarantee Google will crawl, keep or rank the page. On two of my own category pages, 82 submissions over three months produced no crawl. What I do is find why Google is skipping the pages and fix the cause.
Do you guarantee rankings or recovery?
No. Rankings and recovery are controlled by Google. The work is designed to find what is holding the site back and fix it, not to promise an outcome no one controls.
Why are the first audits cheaper?
I run my own affiliate sites, but I have not yet published a client result. The first five audit clients pay launch rates and let me publish what I find, with their approval of the wording.
What do I need to provide for a site build or rebuild?
You provide the domain, hosting and WordPress access through the host's secure sharing tools. Paid theme, plugin, domain and hosting costs are separate from the fixed fee. A rebuild also needs an audit first.
Can the work continue after the fixed project?
Yes. Monthly content plans and a capped monthly implementation block are available after an audit or build, scoped and quoted separately based on what the site needs.
Who does the work?
AI-assisted analysis, reviewed and delivered by me. I use software and AI tools to gather and analyze the data, and I review every recommendation before it is sent. Your data may be processed by those tools; the privacy policy explains how.
